Ventura County Parent Magazine has a readership of over 60,000 copies distributed
more than 800 carefully chosen locations throughout the Ventura County area and many of the communities in the San Fernando
Valley.
CREDIT AND PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment in advance is required from new advertisers until credit is established.
For approved accounts, bills are rendered monthly and payment is due upon receipt. A late charge of 2% per month will be assessed
on unpaid balances more than 60 days.
AGREEMENTS:
Advertisers may change ad copy during the term of the agreement,
provided that changes are submitted prior to deadline.
AD PROOFS:
Ventura County Parent Magazine will provide one ad proof to advertisers who submit ad copy prior to
space reservation deadline. Factual errors in ad will be corrected and an additional proof will be provided. Additional proofs
for design, aesthetic or style changes may incur an ad production charge.
ART AND GRAPHICS:
The success and ease
of printing your ad in our magazine relies entirely on your files meeting our production requirements. If files and artwork
are prepared incorrectly, fixes and resubmission can be time-consuming and may incur additional graphics charges.
Ads
produced and created by the Ventura County Parent Magazine graphics department are for the exclusive use in Ventura County
Parent Magazine. They cannot be used in other other publications without Ventura County Parent Magazine permission.

Adobe
Photoshop 7 or lower - Output: Photoshop w/layers if possible, TIFF files.
Adobe PDF - Print Quality Hi Res. Please note we cannot make signifigant changes to PDF Documents
